Our Client, a leading Lean Six Sigma consulting company, is looking for an associate consultant (m/f/d) for a freelance assignment.

Key responsibilities:

• Accountable for complex project programs
• Plan and lead several project simultaneously
• Responsible for trainings and coaching (technical, methodological and behavioural)
• Lead local Green and Black Belts in projects
• Focus on standardization and project target achievement
• Set targets and assess project individuals for upgrade
• Support the project manager to drive project

Key requirements:

• (Master) Black Belt certification
• Financial services and/or insurance industry know-how
• Extensive project management, preferably project coaching experience
• Strong problem solving ability and strong analytical skills
• Leadership experience and skills
• Change driver
• Team building skills
• Strong communicator with experience working with senior management and executives
• Negotiation and conflict management know-how
• Communication and presentations skills
• Strong result orientation
• Customer focus
• Proficiency in German and English, additional language skills preferable
• Willingness to travel
